O'Neal Assembly Facility is a defunct car-production factory located in the Lesser 4th Ward of Ste. Marie, Michigan. From its construction in 1985 to early 2008, the complex was owned by the General Motors Company, until it was foreclosed by Prudential. After sustaining major damage, with the collapse of two buildings in the 2008 earthquake, the city took control of the property. It still stands in blighted condition today with no plans for renewal or demolition.
